Welcome to the inaugural season of the Victorian Hire Karting Championship! Round 3 takes us to Dandenong where we're on the Wurth Lakeside circuit at Le Mans Entertainment, using their 270cc Super Karts!

EVENT DETAILS
ONLY 40 GRID SLOTS ARE AVAILABLE
ALL DRIVER MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE (Drivers under 18 must present a leaner's permit on the day)
Underage drivers currently competing in the championship will be awarded a 40-point handicap, according to 7.2.1.1.2 in the VHKC Rules.
EVENT FORMAT:
- Group A Qualifying: 5 Laps
- Group B Qualifying: 5 Laps
Drivers are split into Divisions based on their qualifying time.
- Division 2 Race: 20 Laps (Top 3 Awarded Medals)
- Division 1 Race: 20 Laps (Top 3 Awarded Medals)
CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS:
Standard Points are awarded for races in this round.
Division 2 Race Results will be awarded as a continuation of Division 1 Results.
EVENT SCHEDULE
- 1:15 PM: Driver Check-in Opens
- 2:15 PM: Driver Check-in Closes
- 3:00 PM: On-Track Action Begins
IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE SAFETY BRIEFING, YOU WILL NOT RACE!
We will likely try to contact you via phone if you are running late.
Overall results will contribute to the 2024 Summer Championship.
You will be captured in photos and video during this event.
