VHKC Round 1 - Auscarts Racing

LIMITED NUMBER OF GRID SLOTS AVAILABLE

ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OF AGE

DIVISION 2+3 FORMAT:

• Group 1 Qualifying: 5 minutes
• Group 1 Heat Race: 5 minutes
• Group 2 Qualifying: 5 minutes
• Group 2 Heat Race: 5 minutes
• Group 3 Qualifying: 5 minutes
• Group 3 Heat Race: 5 minutes

Drivers will be reshuffled into Final groups based on their best time across both qualifying and heat races.

• C Final 10 minutes
• B Final 10 minutes
• A Final 10 minutes

DIVISION 1 FORMAT:

• 11:30 AM: Driver Check-in (Arrival) Opens
• 12:30 PM: Driver Check-in (Arrival) Closes - Driver Briefing Commences
• 1:00 PM: On-track sessions begin
• 3:00 PM: Medals Ceremony

• 2:30 PM: Driver Check-in (Arrival) Closes - Driver Briefing Commences

CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS AND PRIZES:

Minor Points will be awarded for Heat Races

Major Points will be awarded for the Finals

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 drivers in each Division, not in each final.

IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE DRIVER BRIEFING, YOU WILL NOT RACE!

We will likely try to contact you via phone if you are running late.

With this being the season's first round, some drivers may be promoted/demoted through divisions following this round.

Overall results will contribute to the 2025 Winter Championship.

You will be captured in photos and video during this event.
